Bradley Harrah
ATTORNEY
Attorney Bradley Harrah practices in the areas of business law, franchise law, and civil litigation, working alongside Principal Attorney Joe Dye Culik. After graduating from Michigan State University College of Law, Bradley began practicing in a regional insurance defense firm in Detroit, Michigan. He later moved to North Carolina, where he worked in the fields of business law, and commercial and residential real estate law.
Bradley has been involved in litigation, both on the defendant and plaintiff sides and in multiple states. He understands the impact that litigation can have on the health and vitality of a business, especially small businesses. Bradley has been involved in a wide range of cases while practicing law, including real estate and lease negotiations, contract negotiation and litigation, premise liability, and personal injury, among others.
Helping businesses is one of the primary reasons Bradley pursued a legal career, and he is passionate about advocating strongly for business owners. Bradley truly understands that entrepreneurs and small business owners view their business as more than just a business, it's their livelihood, and often their dream. This inspires Bradley to work diligently, whether in a dispute or a transaction, to achieve the best result for his clients.
Bradley lives in Huntersville with his wife, Rachel, and their two dogs, a goldendoodle named Rory and a black lab mix named Beau. Bradley is a sports fanatic, loving all things Detroit sports. He also enjoys playing golf and traveling with his family.
