Maitland Danner brings over two decades of diverse professional expertise to her role as Client Relationship Manager with the

Dye Culik Team. With a background spanning community relationship development, project management, marketing, and operations, Maitland is well known for her ability to excel in multifaceted roles.

 

Before joining the Dye Culik Team, Maitland played a pivotal role on the leadership team of a grassroots organization, guiding it from its inception to becoming a prominent entity in the Charlotte community. Her journey with the organization equipped her with invaluable experience in navigating the challenges inherent in small business growth.

 

Maitland's strength lies in project oversight, where she adeptly balances meticulous attention to detail with a clear strategic vision.

Her proficiency in data analysis and logistics management, coupled with her knack for fostering meaningful connections, makes her a valuable asset to Dye Culik to continue to elevate the client experience at the firm. She also has an eye for all things creative through her experience in event execution, marketing, and graphic design. One of her most powerful strengths is aligning her creative and analytical skillsets to work in harmony. 

 

Maitland lives in Charlotte, NC, with her husband Chad, two college-aged sons, Tyler and Hayes, and their Silver Lab, Meyer. She is a proud graduate of Appalachian State University and enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and using her creative skills whenever the opportunity arises. 

 

With her unique blend of skills and unwavering commitment to excellence, Maitland is dedicated to delivering top-notch client experiences and driving the continued success of the Dye Culik Team.
